  • Describe in detail: when reporting an error, include the page link (URL) and a description of the problem. For LGPD requests, state which right you wish to exercise.
  • Do not send sensitive data: never send passwords, card numbers, full national ID numbers or banking details by email. We do not request this type of information.
  • No spam: messages with offensive content, unsolicited advertising or chain messages may be ignored.
